This policy describes Rallyquill 1.0.0, a creative tool for writing illustrated message boards, saving named editions, arranging named lineups and presenting or exporting your work. Its word workshop contains original editorial starters. The app is an original product inspired by a running-team context. It does not provide training, nutrition or medical guidance.

A board can contain the title and message you enter, your chosen backdrop and its text treatment. Lineup names, optional cue notes and edition names are also your local records. The workshop can insert a name you type into a starter; that name becomes persistent board text only when you use the words. Avoid including information you would not want visible when you present or export a board.

A newly created board begins as a draft. Edits are saved in app-private local records as you make them, so leaving the editor does not require starting again. Keeping a board marks it ready for your cabinet; it does not publish it.

Saved boards include their title, message, backdrop reference, treatment, draft or kept state and edit time. Named editions keep snapshots with a save time. Restoring an edition first saves the current board as Before restore. Duplicating creates a separate board. Removing a board removes its editions and references from every lineup. Saved workshop phrases are stored by their bundled identifiers.

Each named lineup keeps its own ordered board references and optional cue notes on this device. Copying a lineup copies its order and notes but still refers to the same boards. Changes to a shared board appear in every lineup using it. Cue notes appear only when you open the Cue sheet and are excluded from board PNGs. The presenter follows your Previous and Next actions; no audience or viewing statistics are recorded.

The app remembers reduced motion, art or solid presentation mode and letter-size preference. A rehearsal preview uses the same settings as presentation. These preferences do not change the original artwork files.

The illustrated backdrops and supporting assets are bundled in the app. They are original fictional creative material, not photographs of named members or proof of an organization’s activities or endorsement.

There is no sign-in, remote account or synchronization service. The Android app has no Internet permission and does not transmit boards, messages, editions, saved phrases, lineups, cue notes or preferences. Its scenes and word workshop are bundled; no online generation runs when you use a writing starter.

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or broad storage access. Export uses Android’s system document picker, which gives access to the specific destination you choose.

An export contains only the selected rendered board: its message, illustration and visual treatment. It excludes other boards, editions, lineup names, cue notes, saved phrases and app records. A file is written only after you choose a destination; canceling the picker does not complete an export.

The document picker may offer local storage or another provider installed on your device. That provider handles its own storage and any network activity under its own terms. Rallyquill does not operate that provider or retain the destination as an online account.

You can remove a board, an individual edition or a lineup, and unsave workshop phrases. Clear local work in the Presentation desk resets all boards, editions, lineups, cue notes, saved phrases and display preferences, and attempts to remove unreadable recovery records. Files you exported to other locations are not deleted.

App records use atomic writes to reduce interrupted-write damage. If a stored record cannot be read, the app attempts to retain its unreadable bytes privately and starts a usable local state. Recovery is not guaranteed.

Automatic Android backup and device-transfer backup are disabled. There is no account-based restore. Keep exported copies of boards you want outside the app; an exported picture does not restore editable board records or a lineup.

This Android release contains no advertising, analytics, remote crash-reporting SDK, advertising identifier use, purchase flow or payment processing. It does not measure running activity or health information.

The supplied static website explains the app and contains a small editable message preview. That page preview is not stored by the supplied script. There is no account, contact form or analytics script. A hosting provider may process requests needed to serve and protect hosted pages.
